Works for Trade

Press on the Art for Trade Project

The following article was recently published on-line and will be in print later this week. It contextualizes the project for the university community and I hope will garner some new trades. Check it out here:

More work for trade!

So I have been busy in the studio and have even more work available for trade! If you see something you like, please email me. I am happy to do trades long-distance if you don’t happen to be in Winnipeg. My email address is mountcarolyn[at]

More trade opportunities

I will be set up at The Good Food Club market hosted by the West Broadway Community Organization ( every other week over the next month or two. The market runs every other Wednesday from 3:00-6:00pm at 185 Young Street. I will be there on the following Wednesdays: January 28th, February 11th & 25th. Find something at the market or bring something with you to trade. I hope to see you there! And please spread the word!

And a few more images…

Below are a few more images that will be available for trade this weekend (Nov. 29th & 30th) and next weekend (Dec. 6th & 7th) at Thirsty’s Flea Market in Winnipeg (1111 Ellice Ave). All images are original silkscreen prints and you set the price of the trade. Bring something from home to trade or find something at the Flea Market. I hope you can make it!

First Prints Available for Trade

Here are just a few of the images that will be available for trade. Check back regularly for more!

First Trade Opportunity

This year I have promised to gift or trade all the work I make. The first opportunity for public trading is coming up shortly. I will be at Thirsty’s Flea Market in Winnipeg on Saturdays and Sundays, November 29th & 30th and December 6th & 7th from 10am-5pm. The best part about the trade is that I am letting you, the audience, set the price. Objects for trading can be brought from home or found at the flea market.

I have been working to create an abstract visual language for our social interactions and interconnectedness. All images are original silkscreen prints and every edition is five prints, and all available for trade. Should you not be able to make the flea market, please contact me at mountcarolyn[@] to arrange a long-distance trade. There will also be further opportunities for trade so please check back here regularly.

Thirsty’s Flea Market can be found at 1111 Ellice Avenue at the corners of Ellice Ave and Erin Street.
